'This entry probably provoked the most emotional response from the assessors, splitting the panel distinctly into two groups. Although it is a radical departure from conventional hotel design, the RIBA assessors felt hat there is a market for this type of experimental specialist hotel. However they admitted that the scheme is more poetic than pragmatic, and were slightly dubious about it’s economic and environmental viability. They none-the-less, felt that the singularity and spacity of the concept, coupled with it's presentation, deserved a commendation'
