Mid Wales Art Centre Competition

IN the grounds of Powys Castle the new arts centre was to become a major attraction to Mid Wales and the town of Westpool. The proposed building was to blend with the semi rural site character and dissolve inot the landscape. Work was to be exhibited inside and also within the flower strewn meadows around.
