A conversion of an existing thirties warehouse in South London into B1 units on the lower and upper ground floor and shell apartments on the upper floors. A tern coated steel clad addition at the roof houses five fitted maisonette flats. A setback of the top floors allows for a small terrace in front of each apartment. Daylight penetrates into common access lobbies on every floor through an internal light well which also acts as a smoke shaft.Velux Comptition which required ideas for a prefabricated house.
