52 Churchfield Road

This part of Acton is a an architecturally mixed area. We have sought to design a contemporary building out of sympathetic materials and at an appropriate size and scale to match with its neighbours.The proposal for the front building and its facade follows the various buildings lines established by the neighbouring buildings, aligning itself with those on each side in the street. The houses to the rear form an attractive new courtyard with extensive landscaping and planting to enhance the site. There is a similar arrangement behind 70 Churchfield Road at Darton Court 100m from this site.
