Robert Barnes Architects worked closely with the HAT Steering Group and Leaps and Bounds in the formation of ideas to transform the public stapes in the area., i.e. the implementation of the vision of the ‘ClubHouse’ for local people and providing a range of social, educational and recreational facilities that are accessible and affordable.
